1. Agreement

By creating an account or using PrecisionRank AI at precisionrank.ai, you agree to these Terms with Precision AI Labs Pty Ltd (ACN 699 956 842, ABN 67 699 956 842), Sydney, NSW, Australia. These Terms apply to business customers (B2B SaaS), not consumers seeking personal training services.

2. Service description

PrecisionRank AI provides AI-assisted SEO content generation, human approval workflows, and publishing tools for fitness businesses. For PT Launch customers, we also host public micro-sites on *.sites.precisionrank.ai. The service is a marketing tool — not medical, dietetic, or personal training advice to end consumers.

3. Your responsibilities

You must hold appropriate fitness qualifications for claims made in published content
You review and approve all content before publish — you remain responsible for YMYL compliance
You provide accurate onboarding information (credentials, suburbs, disclaimers)
You must not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful content
You maintain your own professional indemnity / public liability insurance as required

4. AI-generated content

Drafts are produced using third-party AI (Anthropic, OpenAI). Outputs may contain errors. Our compliance lint flags common YMYL issues but does not replace human review or legal advice. You must not represent AI output as guaranteed rankings or medical guidance.

5. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe (AUD, inc. GST where applicable). A 14-day trial may apply. You may cancel via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Founding member pricing is locked for the life of continuous subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

You own content you approve and publish. Precision AI Labs Pty Ltd retains rights to the platform, templates, and underlying software. You grant us a licence to host, render, and distribute approved content on your site(s) and our infrastructure.

7. Hosted PT sites

PT Launch micro-sites are provided on a subdomain of precisionrank.ai. Custom domains are not included in the base plan. We may suspend sites that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, or search ranking changes. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including disclosures to Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, and Google.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice (or immediately for material breach). On termination, we will provide reasonable export of your content data. Published micro-site content may be taken offline after 30 days unless you migrate it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
