1. Who we are

Precision AI Labs Pty Ltd (ACN 699 956 842, ABN 67 699 956 842), based in Sydney, NSW, Australia, operates PrecisionRank AI at precisionrank.ai. We provide B2B SEO content software for fitness businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

2. Information we collect

Account data: business name, email, password hash (via Supabase Auth).
Onboarding & content: trainer name, suburbs, credentials, brand voice, keywords, and AI-generated drafts you approve.
Billing: subscription status and Stripe customer ID — card details are held by Stripe, not us.
Analytics: Google Search Console metrics when you connect GSC (OAuth tokens stored encrypted in our database).
Usage logs: server logs, error reports (Sentry), and publish audit trails.

3. How we use your information

We use your data to:

Generate, review, and publish SEO content you approve
Host PT Launch micro-sites on *.sites.precisionrank.ai
Process subscriptions and send service emails
Display Search Console performance in your dashboard
Improve product quality and comply with Australian law

4. Third-party processors (APP 8 disclosure)

We share limited data with subprocessors under contractual safeguards. Key providers:

Supabase (Sydney region) — database, authentication, edge functions
Anthropic — AI draft generation (no email, user_id, or payment data sent)
OpenAI — meta descriptions and FAQ generation
Perplexity — optional research (aggregate fitness topics only)
Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
Google — Search Console OAuth and analytics API
Vercel — application hosting
Sentry — error monitoring (scrubbed of secrets)

Where personal information is disclosed overseas (e.g. US-based AI providers), we take reasonable steps under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) APP 8 to ensure comparable protection.

5. Data retention & security

We retain account and content data while your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period after cancellation for legal and backup purposes. Access is restricted via row-level security in Supabase. You may request export or deletion by emailing privacy@precisionrank.ai.

6. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act, you may access, correct, or complain about handling of your personal information. Contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@precisionrank.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the dashboard.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard notice.
